Visiting from Dallas had to try this place. Friendly folks, Lomo Saltado was just ok, missing the flaming flavor, portion on the smaller size, rice was hard and no flavor. Fish ceviche was right on, only suggestion is to cut the fish in bite size, some pieces were a bit large. Wanted to try Pollo a la brasa but it was not ready yet.

We stopped in today and were thoroughly impressed by the rich Peruvian flavors in every dish. The cheese bread, alfajores, saltado, and chicken sandwich were all amazing, each offering a unique taste of Peru. The portions were generous, and the gentleman working there was super nice and helpful. We are definitely coming back to enjoy more of these delightful Peruvian delicacies.

GREAT Peruvian food. Our family loves Peruvian food (GF is Peruvian), and this food truck did not disappoint. Ceviche was excellent. Empanadas yummy. Salchipapas were plentiful. And as someone who doesn’t typically like alfajores - they were damn delicious!! They were like double stuff and the cookie part super crunchy/crumbly. Perfection. We will definitely be back.
